Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager or Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience and fluent Mandarin Chinese to support project coordination, business analysis, and stakeholder communication. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners, including Chinese-speaking stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution and accurate business requirements delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation

• Coordinate between technical teams, management, and external stakeholders

• Support timeline tracking, risk identification, and issue resolution

• Communicate effectively in Chinese and English, both written and verbal

• Participate in meetings, workshops, and status reviews

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) – mandatory

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Experience with project documentation, requirements gathering, or reporting

• Familiarity with project management or business analysis tools is an advantage

• Ability to work with multicultural teams and international stakeholders
