Job Description

As an Assistant Manager - Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our business functions are performing optimally. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and delivering operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and leadership.
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
