We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency, productivity, and safety at the construction site. This position requires a leader with an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage a site team effectively. You'll coordinate with architects, engineers, and workers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the prescribed quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to handle stress in fast-paced environments, and outstanding communication abilities to manage both the workforce and clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervising construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Managing site operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders for project advancement.
• Providing leadership and direction to workers at the construction site daily.
• Monitoring resources, equipment, and supplies for efficient site operations.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site swiftly.
• Preparing detailed periodic reports covering project progress and other metrics.
• Ensuring all construction work complies with building regulation guidelines.
• Implementing quality control mechanisms and inspections periodically.
• Maintaining accurate logs and schedules for onsite activities and tasks.
• Upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of workplace safety.
• Training and mentoring site personnel to enhance individual and team performances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and sequence of operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team.
• Proficiency in project management and construction management software tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stress effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
