Assistant Associate Full Professor Faculty Position In Naturopathy

The College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS) at The United Arab Emirates University is inviting applications for a full-time faculty position in Naturopathy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree program in Naturopathy, as well as developing postgraduate training and research in this growing field. Naturopathy is a system of healthcare that takes a holistic approach to wellness AND supports living a healthy lifestyle. The foundations of naturopathy are based on the importance of a healthy diet and herbal medicine, exercise, lifestyle counselling, sunlight and stress management. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a BSc program in Naturopathy.
• Support the creation of postgraduate training programs in Naturopathic Medicine.
• Conduct and supervise research in areas related to naturopathy and integrative health.
• Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance efforts.
  
  

• PhD and advanced training in Naturopathy or a related field from a recognized, top-tier university/institutions.
• Proven track record in research, with publications in reputable academic journals.
• Minimum of three (3) years of academic or professional experience in Naturopathy or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
  

• PhD, or postgraduate residency training, or equivalent in Naturopathy or integrative health.
• Prior experience in academic program development and accreditation.
• Clinical practice/professional experience in Naturopathy or related disciplines.
