About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to drive AI product development and Agentic AI implementations across our banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and implementation of AI-driven products across banking functions
• Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions including autonomous agents and multi-agent systems
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML initiatives
• Define KPIs, governance frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms for AI systems
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
  
  

• 5-7 years as Business Analyst with 2-3 years in AI/ML products
• Hands-on experience implementing AI products in production
• Proven experience with Agentic AI and autonomous agent frameworks
  
  

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, NLP, reinforcement learning)
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG systems, and MLOps
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Familiarity with AI governance and model lifecycle management
  
  

• Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities
  
  

• AI/ML or Business Analysis certifications
• Experience with conversational AI in banking
• Knowledge of banking systems and regulatory requirements
