We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for senior management staff.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Organize and maintain office files, ensuring information is easily accessible.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure resources do not run out.
  • Provide general support to visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating efficient communication.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for staff.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining office procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an advantage.
