Job Purpose:

To ensure the efficient operation of Fleet Management activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication within the team and with external partners

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Fleet Manager and team.
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet assets, insurance, licensing, and registration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by keeping up-to-date documentation.
  • Organize and manage files related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Monitor inventory levels of fleet-related supplies (e.g., fuel cards, maintenance tools).
  • Order supplies as needed, ensuring the department remains fully stocked.
  • Input data related to fleet performance, usage, and expenses.
  • Generate routine reports, including fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and cost analysis.
  • Liaise with service providers for fleet maintenance and repairs.
  • Track and confirm completed services, verifying invoices for payment processing.
  • Assist with dispatching vehicles, ensuring availability and readiness for operational needs.

Coordinate with drivers for routine inspections and maintenance schedules

Qualifications

Educational and Technical Qualifications:

Higher diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistic

Language Skills:

Good English

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 3-5

Nature of Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
