Job Description

As an Account Manager at 24D25, you will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving sales of our services. Your primary responsibility will involve working closely with both customers and our internal team to ensure a seamless, successful client experience. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, coordinate projects, ensure timely delivery of services, and provide insights to aid clients in achieving their business objectives. Your analytical skills, combined with your deep understanding of client needs, will help us maintain our edge in the competitive market landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored business solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of client services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to discuss performance and improvement areas.
  • Monitor and communicate client feedback to the internal team to drive service enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals suited to client’s business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings to confidently communicate these to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to better serve client accounts.
  • Manage account budgets and report on monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance metrics.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with regular check-ins to address any potential concerns early.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts within a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage data effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is necessary.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other account management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
