Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor client account activities to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Prepare and present detailed business reviews to client stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM software to track and report progress.
  • Provide feedback to management on industry best practices and client feedback.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies to reach company set sales goals effectively.
  • Ensure client expectations are met by aligning services with their business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is essential.
