As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards. You will ensure all rooms are tidy, well-stocked, and ready for guests’ comfort. You will also report any maintenance issues or lost items to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest rooms and floor area according to the Shangri-La & Traders standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required and ensuring trolleys, cleaning supplies, and equipment are well-maintained and organized.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Always provide courteous and helpful service to guests.
  
  

About You

• Strong attention to details and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and guest service skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• 1 – 2 years of housekeeping experience with professional proficiency in English language.
• High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is often required.
