👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Data Build and Visualization Developer to design, build, and deliver end-to-end analytics and visualization solutions. This role focuses on developing scalable data models, Power BI dashboards, and advanced analytics products that support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into impactful analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 10+ years experience in analytics, including data engineering and visualization
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Strong experience in SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M language)
• Experience designing and managing ETL/data transformation pipelines
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments (minimum 3 years)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with AI/advanced analytics components
• Background in data warehousing or data lake environments
• Exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience with GIS platforms
• Microsoft certifications such as Power BI Data Analyst or Azure Data Analyst Associate
  
  

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end analytics solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (primarily Power BI)
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and semantic layers from multiple data sources
• Optimize query performance and ensure efficient data structures
• Create and monitor data quality dashboards and resolve data issues with technical and business teams
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage BI user access models
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics apps
• Deliver advanced analytics solutions such as forecasting and predictive models
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders on UI/UX best practices for dashboards
• Support UAT, stakeholder demos, user training, and post-deployment support
• Contribute to data governance, integration, and data sharing practices

Work Setup: Hybrid, reporting onsite as required. If the user unit requires you to report a certain number of days, compliance is mandatory

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time
