Key Responsibilities

  • Supports (Key) Account manager in needed customer transactions and proactively suggests ways of helping.
  • Handles customer requests relating to various topics, e.g., order deviations, order samples, stock levels or ingredients and follow-up on receipt at customer.
  • Supports in CRM (Customer Relation Management) system incl. adding sales opportunities, making quotes, visit reports and maintaining customer contacts.
  • Creates and maintains Master data and gather documentation for customer product registration.
  • Creates and handles invoices.
  • Registers customer complaints in CRM and monitor progress.
  • Prepares and hosts visiting customers together with account managers.
  • Uses QHS self-service portal to provide information to sales and customers.
  • Supports with forecast entering for Ingredients business and make relevant Forecast extracts.
  • Ad hoc preparation on input for various internal or external meetings.
  • Develop best sales support practice with other sales supporters.

Educational background

  • Education at vocational level.
  • Good experience with B2B customer management
  • Knowledge gained through formal education with limited experience and/or significant years of relevant work experienced (5+ years) as e.g. Key Account Sales Supporter gained in the specific commercial, technical, trades or office operation area combined with vocational or technical education.
