We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative 2D/3D Visualiser specializing in interior fit-out to join our dynamic team. As a visualiser, you will play a crucial role in interpreting our clients' needs and transforming their ideas into captivating visual narratives. Your expertise in both 2D and 3D design tools will be pivotal in creating stunning visualizations that accurately reflect design concepts, ensuring they are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and compliant with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with designers, architects, and project managers to bring projects to life, from initial brainstorming sessions to final delivery. Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D visualizations for interior fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with designers and architects to understand project requirements.
• Develop and present design concepts through realistic renderings.
• Ensure all visualizations align with clients' specifications and brand identity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design processes.
• Assist in developing detailed 2D drawings for construction and fit-out purposes.
• Produce and manipulate 3D models using the latest design software tools.
• Collaborate with project managers to discuss timelines and deliverables.
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet multiple project deadlines.
• Maintain an organized library of design resources and material samples.
• Provide post-production enhancements to renderings and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and adjust designs based on their feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in 2D/3D visualization for interior projects.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design and interior fit-out processes required.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work well under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.
