The Store Manager plays a crucial role in driving the overall success of a retail establishment. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in retail management or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective staff and customer relations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including inventory and merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
