Responsibilities

  • Establish and achieve sales objectives through effective team leadership and guidance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and expand customer base.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to keep ahead of competitors and industry changes.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members to deliver optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee the development of sales materials and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits for the company and stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues swiftly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to adapt sales strategies in response to changing market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics of market competition.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and forecasting trends.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales tools.
