Location: UAE | Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month

Are you a detail‑oriented professional with a passion for retail operations and supply chain management? We are looking for a Demand Planning Executive to support retail operations by maintaining accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans.

In this role, you will:

• Analyse historical sales data and market trends to create precise demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies to avoid stock‑outs or over‑stock.
• Support seasonal and promotional planning.
• Track key forecast metrics and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain, preferably in retail.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with forecasting tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
