Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our company's growth, representing our products and services to potential customers and clients. Your goal is to cultivate strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will use your strong understanding of the sales process and excellent skills in relationships and client management to achieve individual and team targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business growth.
  • Identify and approach prospective customers through various sales channels.

  • Negotiate and close deals to maximize profit margins.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Participate in sales meetings, events, and conferences to represent the company.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills are essential for success.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related technologies.
