Job Description

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage a large volume of inbound calls with a high level of efficiency and courtesy.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges in compliance with company policy.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance customer service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with product information, changes, and updates to offer the best advice.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly regarded.
  • Customer-focused orientation with an emphasis on empathy and patience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
