Job Description

The ICT & ELV Sales Executive plays a critical role in the expansion and success of the company's sales force by promoting ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems to a diverse client base. This position requires an understanding of both technological and sales principles, ensuring that clients receive effective, innovative solutions for their business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with specific experience in ICT and ELV markets. They will also be tasked with generating new leads, fostering client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excelling in this role involves staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, being self-motivated, and having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to problem-solving are vital for success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for ICT and ELV products.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and clients across various industries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client's needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability and close deals.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress and challenges.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on product improvements and market trends to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, specifically in ICT and ELV industries.
  • Strong understanding of ICT and ELV products, solutions, and industry practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools required for managing pipelines.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and training sessions as needed.
