Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the revenue of our organization by developing strategies to reach and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating deals. Your persuasive communication skills and deep understanding of our products and services will be crucial as you align with customer needs and close sales. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation and promotional activities.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in sales or a similar role is essential.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills are required for success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
