Job Description

As an HR Associate, you will be an integral part of the human resources team, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department. You will play a crucial role in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The position requires you to be highly organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality. You will assist with the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Your contributions will directly impact the employee experience and the achievement of HR strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads and organizing resumes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure their accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide appropriate HR guidance and support.
  • Participate in staff meetings and provide updates on HR activities.
  • Help with performance management processes including scheduling and documenting evaluations.
  • Support in organizing employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all times.
  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing separation paperwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or HR Associate in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
