Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the goals of our organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the business objectives are met through various online channels. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, promoting our company products, and driving prospects to conversions. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a proficient understanding of the current digital marketing trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing different online marketing tools such as websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. You will be tasked with maximizing the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts, measuring key metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including all social media channels.
  • Create and coordinate bespoke content plans to engage and grow our audience.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop and distribute rich content.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of marketing campaigns to measure performance and ROI.
  • Analyze and report on traffic data and user engagement metrics using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, suggesting innovations.
  • Oversee and manage accounts related to online marketing platforms like Google Ads.
  • Build and maintain a social media presence for the company resorting to best practices.
  • Identify and implement new digital growth strategies to meet marketing goals.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, analyzing customer intent data.
  • Coordinate and build partnerships with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing databases.
  • Proficiency with essential digital marketing tools and content management systems.
  • Experience in analyzing campaign data and identifying actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with editing abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while multitasking effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or relevant field preferred.
