Job Description

The Corporate Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth by spearheading the development and execution of strategic sales plans. This role is essential for building strong relationships with corporate clients to achieve and exceed sales targets. A Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals and collaborating across different departments to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales or a similar role required.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire teams.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary for client interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in common CRM software and sales analytics tools is essential.
