The People & Culture Officer is a key member of the People & Culture team, providing high-quality, professional advice and operational support across the full employee lifecycle. The role partners closely with leaders and managers to deliver practical, contemporary people solutions that support organisational strategy, workforce capability and a positive, high-performance culture.
This role is based in their Wollongong Office predominantly, with an option to work out of Oran Park occasionally.

Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or working towards
Demonstrated experience in a generalist P&C role
Sound knowledge of Fair Work Act, employment legislation and Awards
