The Opportunity at a Glance

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across engineering, cloud, consulting, and project delivery functions for a leading Australian technology systems integrator.


This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup. You’ll work closely with sales, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders to source and assess high-quality talent that supports major digital transformation projects in Australia.

How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Manage full end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, consulting, and project delivery roles.




  • Partner closely with the sales and delivery teams to understand role requirements, team culture, and business priorities.




  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and direct outreach.




  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring roles such as network engineers, solution architects, business analysts, testers, and project managers.




  • Conduct screening calls and interviews for cultural, behavioural, and technical alignment.




  • Manage job postings, candidate communications, and interview coordination to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.




  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth transitions from selection through onboarding.




  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the ATS (JobAdder).




  • Support employer branding, outreach initiatives, and talent attraction campaigns alongside executive leadership.





What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:


  • Have 3+ years of recruitment experience in IT, engineering, professional services, or technical consulting roles.




  • Have a proven track record hiring roles such as network engineers, cloud engineers, solution architects, testers, PMs, BAs, or similar technical positions.




  • Understand the technology systems integration landscape, including infrastructure, cloud, enterprise solutions, transformations, and program delivery.




  • Have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with executives and internal teams.




  • Can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high quality and accuracy.




  • Are proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, and familiar with modern ATS tools (JobAdder preferred).




  • Communicate exceptionally well and build trust quickly with candidates and leadership teams.

Work Schedule & Employment Terms


  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday




  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates




  • Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
