Job Description
- Identify, target, and convert high‑potential SME clients seeking accessible, non‑collateral funding options designed to support business expansion and working capital needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, financial assessment, client meetings, to loan activation and follow‑through.
- Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs by understanding their operations, capital requirements, and growth plans.
- Conduct due diligence to ensure loan suitability and responsible deployment of funds, reflecting the organizations strong repayment performance among clients.
- Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure fast approval turnaround and seamless client experience.
- Monitor market trends to identify new SME segments, commercial opportunities, and ecosystem partners that can expand lead sources.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and performance against acquisition KPIs.
- Experience in B2B sales, lending, financial services, or SME‑focused commercial roles.
- Strong consultative selling skills; ability to assess business needs and propose tailored financing solutions.
- Relationship‑driven, with the ability to earn trust from entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Highly organised, target‑oriented, and comfortable managing a fast‑moving pipeline.
