Service Accounting Associate

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Processes SSF requests from complex Legal Entities, with quality and within SLA (48 hours), as to the following:
• a Services
• b Asset Sale
• c Reimbursements
• d Transitory Items
• e Efficient system for distribution and corresponding quality checks"
• Provides data for the monthly / quarterly Stakeholder Alignment Reports
• Attends the MA Process Governance Jour Fixe calls, Stakeholder Engagement calls and MA Department quarterly meetings.
• Delivers reports on time (e.g. Ticket Status Report)
• Prepares monthly / quarterly Stakeholder Alignment Report files for AccP/stakeholders for discussion of ticket status and statistics and other relevant matters with the Accounting Platform.
• Supports the following roll-out during project phase until go-live.
• Cost Accounting Directive
• Annually for Sales Contracts/Sales Documents/recurring billings set up
• Process related projects, transitions and initiatives/workstreams.
• Preparation and review of ICS evidences according to ICS standard procedures including uploading and sign-off in BayProcess
  
  

Complies with Bayer policies and procedures and supports company initiatives

• Performs other duties as required by the immediate manager from time to time
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting courses
• 1 year of experience in any of the following:
• Management Accounting (Value Flow, Product Accounting)
• Controlling Data Analysis & Financial Master Data Management
• Other accounting related processes
• Other preferred skills:
• Good communication skills
• Experience in a Controlling Department
• Good Knowledge of SAP Modules CO-OM, CO-PA & EC-PCA
• Good handling of SAP Business Warehouse / Analysis for Office environment (queries handling & improvements)
