Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers throughout their shopping experience, provide product recommendations based on their needs, and help maintain an organized and welcoming store environment. You will also support daily store operations while contributing to the achievement of sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience in online selling or live selling is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Reponsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products that match their needs.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and promotions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process customer purchases accurately using the company's point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, organized, priced, and displayed.
  • Monitor inventory and report low stock or replenishment needs.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth daily store operations.
  • Meet individual and store sales goals through excellent customer service and effective selling techniques.
  • Recommend complementary products and upgrades to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist with promotional activities, including social media content, live selling sessions, and in-store campaigns.
  • Build positive customer relationships by delivering responsive and professional service.
  • Prepare accurate sales records and complete assigned reports on time.
