Job Overview

We are looking for an efficient and focused data analyst who is comfortable working independently with many different data sources including in-house developed tools. This individual must be able to learn quickly as they will have many varied tasks that are subject to change due to the growing nature of our business. This role requires exceptional computer skills such as Excel and Google suites.

Job Description

• Extract and aggregate data from the system.
• Analyze patterns of marketing KPIs (e.g. CAC) for different marketing channels and compare them between time periods
• Ensure data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities.
• Report any data issues to the Team.
• Keep data updated in the different sources.
• Perform intermediate database analysis in Google Sheets.
• Good handle of developing documentation to describe owned workflows so it can be used to train new resources
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc, one-off admin processes such as updating excel tables as needed.
• Creates weekly and monthly performance reports based on a template, gathering information from different sources: Tableau, Google Sheets and Slides, GA4
• Duties, responsibilities, and expectations may change as required by the business.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as data analyst.
• Fast typing skills: knowledge of touch-typing systems is strongly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing, presentation tools and spreadsheets (G-Sheets, Excel, Office, Slides).
• Excellent knowledge of data tools including tableau, GA4, data bricks
• SQL proficiency understand how to pull and aggregate data, and ability to automate data pulls
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Good command of English both oral and written.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fast learner with new technology and easily adapts to different tech systems.
