Job summary: 



This role is part of the Asean Learning Development team, with a focus to support EY’s digital credentials: EY Badges and Asean Learning Lab. It provides many opportunities to work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary Learning team and across a diverse portfolio of activities, alongside the opportunity to focus on tasks as required by the business.

Asean Learning Lab is dedicated to enhancing research and development, as well as fostering best practice capability development. We actively engage our stakeholders through regular surveys, focus groups, and various touchpoints to gather valuable insights. We consult and collaborate with other learning pillar leads to share findings and develop content that enhances learning impact.

We are looking for someone who possess a strong analytical mindset, agile, curious, great attention to detail and good team player. This role is crucial in analyzing learning data, conducting research, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance our learning and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:

EY Badges:

  • Participate in the planning, coordination and execution of EY career development programs and initiatives across various platforms and functions for Asean.
  • Assist in social media strategy/projects and initiatives to market EY Badges effectively via internal digital media - Yammer, SharePoint sites and even Discover.
  • Execute a series of campaign branding videos to increase awareness of EY Badges across our campaigns.
  • Be involved in conducting research in the efficacy of EY Badge learning programs.

Asean Learning Lab:

  • Detailed reports that analyse quantitative and qualitative learning data and provide actionable insights for capability development.
  • Survey Findings: Summarized results from surveys and focus groups that capture employee feedback and learning needs.
  • Assist in development of guidelines and frameworks based on research and analysis of learning practices.

Knowledge And Skills Requirements

To be successful in this role, we believe that you must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Agile and adaptable, with an ability to learn new processes and skills quickly
  • Strong team player with the ability to coordinate and work as ‘one team’
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels
  • Creative, curious minded and able to work with ambiguity
  • Great attention to detail and research skills
  • Strong user of Excel and PowerPoint as well as the wider Microsoft suite, ideal experience to also include PowerBI (or similar data analytics/ visualization tools), SharePoint, and similar tools
  • Skills in basic videography and video editing is a plus.

Job requirements:



Education: 

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 1+ years of progressive experience
  • Experience of working in Learning and development is desired
  • Working in international and diverse environments
