Your Role

• Perform advanced processing for receivables transactions, primarily cash application in ERP and banking systems.
• Maintain customer master data.
• Conduct credit checks and establish/manage credit limits.
• Report on deviations from credit standards while adhering to procedures and policies.
• Handle complex requests, inquiries, and issues related to accounts receivable and credit management activities.
• Follow up and resolve incidents related to accounts receivable.
• Seek out better ways of performing processes to contribute to process excellence initiatives.
• Mentor Accounts Receivable team members.
