Job Description

This role is responsible to provide remote support to senior executives in our Australian business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and a strong ability to work independently while aligning with Australian business hours.

  • Administrative Support: Take ownership of recording corporate credit card expenses for the CEO and CFO including filing of corresponding receipts Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Maintain records and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Calendar & Email Management:


Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.

  • Process Improvement:


Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant supporting senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
  • Experience supporting Australian or international clients.
  • Familiarity with Australian business culture and communication style.
  • Background in finance, legal, or professional services is a plus.


Minimum 1 Years Professional Experience

working as an EA for senior leadership

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work Australian business hours.
