Job Description

As the Internal Audit Manager, you will:

Oversee and manage internal audit activities across the organisation.
Develop and implement risk-based audit plans aligned with company objectives.
Ensure audits comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Assess internal controls and governance frameworks, recommending improvements.
Provide advisory support to senior management on risk mitigation and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Internal Audit Manager Should Have

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent.
Proven expertise in internal auditing within the Financial Services industry.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
