The Field Operations Business Manager, Associate reports directly to the Sales Operations Team Lead and provides support to the global license sales team. The responsibilities include Managing CRM System to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Evaluate sales data to identify trends and provide insights that help improve sales strategies. Provide support to sales teams by streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency. You will collaborate across departments such as Business Development, Finance and Marketing to align strategies and optimize performance.
Required Skills
What You Will Need:
* Good English communication skills verbal and written
* Experience or exposure to CRM solutions
* At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales operations or sales support role.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* A team player
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business, and Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or others) is preferred.
* Basic to intermediate SQL skills for troubleshooting and reporting.
A Day In The Life Typically Includes
* Oversee the ticketing system and ensure proper assignment of tickets to the relevant team.
* Dispatching of new leads to correct Sales team
* Provide training or general information on how to navigate pages in Salesforce.
* Address and resolve CPQ/Quote standard functionality issues.
* Opportunity Management and reporting using Salesforce and Domo dashboard.
* Perform mass uploading of data for accounts, opportunities and contacts.
* Ensure adherence to the process according to the Service Level Agreements.
