The Sr Specialist Engagement, DEI & Wellbeing drives initiatives that create an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture. This role executes strategies that enhance employee engagement, promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), and support wellbeing across the organization, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.

Employee Engagement

• Design and implement data-driven programs that enrich the employee experience and align with company goals.
• Champion employee feedback through surveys and forums, using insights to drive change.
• Organize events and campaigns that build community and reinforce company values.
  
  

DEI & Wellbeing

• Support programs that embed DEI and wellbeing principles into operations and culture.
• Track progress, manage audits, and provide data for certifications and benchmarks.
• Monitor trends and best practices to inform strategies.
  
  

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement, DEI, and wellbeing into talent and business objectives.
• Align internal initiatives with external advocacy efforts.
  
  

Data & Reporting

• Analyze and report on engagement and DEI metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Continuously refine programs based on data-driven feedback.
  
  

Budget & Compliance

• Deliver initiatives within budget and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• College/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience with proven track in employee engagement, DEI programs, or Well-being initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills with ability to execute on multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data to inform decisions and measure success.
