TRADE FINANCE PRODUCT MANAGERE

The Trade Finance Product Manager leads the development, enhancement, and administration of Trade Services and Trade Finance products.

As Business Owner/Manager of Trade Products

• Develops and implements marketing strategies for Trade Services and Trade Finance solutions
• Monitors the performance of Trade Services and Trade Finance products in terms of profitability and market share
• Prepares product performance reports on a regular basis, as determined by the Product Head.
• Ensures the products remain competitive in the market.
• Ensures overall product compliance to internal and external policies and regulations, such as but not limited to BSP, Internal Audit, BPI Risk and Compliance.
• Provides overall direction and strategy for the products including forecasting, planning and marketing of products.
• Ensures that policies, standards, and procedures are regularly reviewed and updated to establish relevance and effectiveness.
• Manage document negotiation and approvals for deals aligned with the bank’s trade governance standards
  
  

• Identifies change requirements based on updates in regulation
• Identifies actionable insights based on data and customer feedback
• Leads product innovations and process improvements according to the Product Management standards of the bank
• Creates and implements the business requirements for new initiatives
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 2 years’ experience in banking or product/project management in a different industry
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Appetite for challenging assignments
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of banking products, particularly Trade Services and Trade Finance products is an advantage
