  • Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements)
  • Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and match qualified resume to requisition)
  • Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications
  • Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate)Automated Candidate Screening - Interactive Voice Response (IVR):
  • Perform automated scoring exercise (Candidate takes IVR test, we review results of IVR test via listening to specific questions, Derive the results based on IVR test via listening to specific questions and Forward results of candidates meeting criteria to Staples representatives for future consideration)Recruitment Administration & Analytics:
  • Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis - Manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes.OTHERS:Project Shift Schedule: Mid ShiftProject Rest Day: Weekends OffProject/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2

Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate meets the educational, industry & role specific experience criteria to be put across HR screening.
  • Education - Graduate Degree
  • Total Years of Experience - Min experience of Two years
  • Skills / Knowledge - Mandatory
  • Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
  • Customer Service Skill Test (Psychometric Test)
  • MS Office
  • Email Writing Skills
  • Preferred - Application Knowledge - Familiarity with Taleo or another Applicant Tracking System
