  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to assess and improve communication skills for employees at all levels, from entry-level staff to senior leadership.
  • Develop personalized coaching plans based on individual needs, performance reviews, and career goals.
  • Provide constructive, actionable feedback on verbal and non-verbal communication, presentation skills, and written communication.
  • Guide employees on how to effectively handle difficult conversations, manage conflict, and negotiate.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions on various communication topics, such as: -Public Speaking and Presentation Skills -Interpersonal Communication and Active Listening -Business and Technical Writing -Conflict Resolution and Negotiation -Leadership Communication -Cross-cultural Communication -Effective Meeting Facilitation
  • Create and update training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and resource guides.
  • Assess the communication needs of the organization and design scalable coaching and training programs.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of coaching and training initiatives through feedback, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, and department heads to align communication training with organizational objectives.
  • Stay current with best practices, trends, and research in communication, coaching, and adult learning.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records of coaching sessions and progress.
  • Act as a resource and subject matter expert on communication-related topics for the entire organization.
  • Promote a culture of open and effective communication throughout the company. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3


  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 5 years Instructional Design or Content Development skills/experience; 3 years supervisory
  • At least 1-2 years of training, teaching or communication skills coaching experience
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in the Contact Center/BPO and/or Insurance industry,
