- At least 1 year of calls/voice support experience
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting.
- Can start immediately, if possible.
