Position: Project Hire Employee (Financial Crime Risk Unit)

Office Location: UnionBank Square, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City

Job Summary: As an Project Hire Employee, you will review and analyze sensitive financial information, conduct comprehensive research, and investigate cases that may potentially expose the Bank to financial crime risk. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to connect information from multiple sources.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of financial information and potentially suspicious activities
• Investigate cases that may present AML or financial crime risks to the Bank
• Gather, validate, and connect information from multiple sources
• Perform internet and commercial database research to support investigations
• Develop well-supported findings and recommendations based on investigation results
• Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Bachelor’s/University degree
• Ideally 1–3 years of relevant experience in AML, financial crime, investigations, compliance, risk, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of AML regulations, policies, and practices
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to build well-supported conclusions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases or priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, and commercial database searches
• CAMS certification is an advantage
