Prepare and present weekly and monthly procurement progress reports, tracking critical long-lead items across planning, purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, storage, warranties, and payments.
Highlight leading indicators affecting delivery or supply performance and recommend corrective actions.
Manage customs and duty-free incentive paperwork to ensure compliance with import requirements and accurate entitlement claims.
Coordinate with insurance brokers to ensure effective shipment inspections.
Support local sourcing efforts for non-EPC items to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Serve as the primary SCM point of contact for OVWPI and API, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
