We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Sous Chef to join our distinguished culinary leadership team. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to guide daily kitchen operations, cultivate a cohesive and skilled culinary staff, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation while maintaining a level of service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

• Progressive career in Culinary gained in a 5-star luxury property or Michelin-starred restaurants, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong business acumen
• Experience with training, financial management and customer service
• Highly creative with an international focus and flare
• Comprehensive Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills
• Proficiency in food and safety standards
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Passion for working with people
