UX/UI Designer 28O25

As a UX/UI Designer at 28O25, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including product managers, developers, and fellow designers, to develop intuitive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our products. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints.
• Ensure all graphic elements align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.
• Analyze user interactions and behaviors to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and receive feedback.
• Maintain and organize design files for easy access and iteration.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create innovative design solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
