Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant / Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the sales department with various tasks, including managing customer accounts and assisting in driving sales growth. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts and relationships effectively.
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales reports and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on market trends and activities.
  • Help in the preparation and execution of sales proposals and contracts.
  • Maintain an organized database of all sales transactions and client interactions.
  • Track sales metrics and report findings to senior sales management regularly.
  • Identify potential areas for sales improvement and offer constructive suggestions.
  • Facilitate communication and scheduling between clients and the sales department.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar sales support role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
