Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our business. You will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and exceptional service delivery. Your expertise will guide our clients in aligning the benefits of our products with their strategic goals. A dynamic and dedicated individual, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and work toward overarching corporate targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Work closely with clients to identify their business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to achieve sales quotas.
  • Prepare and perform effective client presentations and meetings.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or inquiries.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage account activities and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to close sales agreements.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and communicate progress to leadership.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services as per client requests.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address client concerns efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex tasks.
