Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Oracle Cloud Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBMs offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Tailored Oracle Cloud Solutions: Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
• Application Configuration and Testing: Configure and test applications to to check that it meets business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving: Work within a continuous improvement framework, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.
  
  

• Professional Expertise with Oracle Configuration: Hands-on Oracle configuration experience in different modules: Oracle HCM, Oracle Talent Mgmt, Oracle Financials, Oracle SCM, with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.
• Oracle Process knowledge: Experience with Oracle processes and workflows (HCM, Finance, SCMs, etc.).
  
  

• Proficient Development and Integration: Contribute to the design and development of Oracle Reports, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Oracle Framework apps, Oracle EBS, and Oracle based integrations.
• Collaborative Solution Architecture and Requirement Detailing: Collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources in defining, detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture.
  
  

• Experience with Oracle Cloud / Fusion: Practical experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion, demonstrating how it is applied in different client environments.
  
  

• Oracle Certifications: Holder of Oracle certifications.
