About This Job

Supervises execution of internal audit plan by leading or conducting financial, compliance or operational audit projects including the examination and evaluation of the adequacy of internal controls.

• Assist with examination of Sarbanes–Oxley compliance by performing tests of controls (design and effectiveness) within key business processes. Ensure SOX testing and evidence is sufficient to attain and support conclusions.
• Perform Operational Audits. Review Staff Auditor work.
• Assist with compiling audit documentation for the Audit Committee and Bank regulators. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit Department.
• COSO component documentation and testing.
