About This Job
Supervises execution of internal audit plan by leading or conducting financial, compliance or operational audit projects including the examination and evaluation of the adequacy of internal controls.
- Assist with examination of Sarbanes–Oxley compliance by performing tests of controls (design and effectiveness) within key business processes. Ensure SOX testing and evidence is sufficient to attain and support conclusions.
- Perform Operational Audits. Review Staff Auditor work.
- Assist with compiling audit documentation for the Audit Committee and Bank regulators. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit Department.
- COSO component documentation and testing.
The following career experiences are desired:
- Public accounting and/or Internal Audit experience
- Banking or financial services experience
- SOX experience
