Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Power Plant Operator to help ensure efficient, safe, and reliable plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the SCADA system for real-time plant performance
• Detect and respond to system alarms, faults, and abnormalities
• Conduct routine inspections of the PV farm, inverter stations, and weather monitoring systems
• Prepare Daily Generation Reports and manage IEMOP nominations
• Handle ERC outage and resumption reports
• Perform technical documentation and support overall O&M activities
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (solar or power plant experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Applicants near Bugallon, Pangasinan are highly preferred

Work Location: Salomague Norte, Bugallon, Pangasinan

Work Schedule: 48 hours per week.

• Shifts: 12-hour shifts (4 shifts per week).
• Day Shift: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (predominant).
• Night Shift: 7 p.m. to 7 a.m Overtime Pay
