Position Overview
The HubSpot Campaign Coordinator in a hands-on digital marketer and operational project manager for the marketing team. This role specialized in building, launching, and optimizing campaigns using HubSpot, including small marketing, landing page creation, form building, and workflow automation. The coordinator manages marketing calendars, content libraries, and ensures seamless collaboration across functions. They are the go-to expert for executing campaigns through HubSpot and keeping marketing operations organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Campaign Development & Execution: Build and launch multi-touch marketing campaigna in HubSpot (emails, landing pages, forma, ads, social posta). Set up campaign end-to-end: import segmented data, schedule sends, configure automation (eg., webinar confirmations, reminders), and own the campaign from creation to launch,
Email Marketing: Design, test, and deploy email campaigna in HubSpot, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Landing Page & Form Creation: Create and optimize landing pages and forms in HubSpot to drive converaions, capture leads, and support campaign objectives.
Workflow & Automation Setup: Build and maintain HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, event follow-ups, and campaign automation. Refine and update workflows based on performance data and business needs.
Template & Playbook Management: Develop reusable campaign templates and maintain a campolen playbook in HubSpot to accelerate execution and improve consistency. Update templates based on analytics and feedback.
Project Coordination: Manage project timelines in HubSpot Consolidate input from team members on planned campaigna, evento, and content drops into a master schedule. Send reminders of key deadlines and holp run weekly team synos.
Campaign Support & QA: Assist in uploading and segmenting contact Usts, testing emails and landing pages for rendering issues, and verifying links and tracking codes. Execute smaller, routine campaigns (e.g., newsletters, holiday emails) to support the team. Reporting & Data Administration: Track campaign performance metrics in HubSpot (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.). Maintain spreadsheets or dashboards for campaign results and lead tracking. Handle manual data cleanup and organization as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree of any related field.
At least 4 years+ of experience related to being a CRM Specialist
HubSpot Expertise
Proven experience using HubSpot for campaign development, email marketing, landing page creation, and workflow automation.
Ability to build and launch multi-touch marketing campaigns (emails, landing pages, forms, ads, and social posts).
Strong understanding of HubSpot segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
Marketing Campaign Execution
Experience setting up campaigns end-to-end, including importing segmented data, scheduling sends, configuring automation, and monitoring campaign progress.
Ability to optimize landing pages and forms to drive conversions and support campaign goals.
Workflow & Automation Skills
Ability to build, refine, and maintain HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, event follow-ups, and campaign automation.
Strong understanding of how workflow performance impacts lead engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Template & Playbook Management
Experience developing reusable marketing templates and maintaining campaign playbooks or process documents.
Ability to update templates based on analytics, campaign learnings, and team feedback.
Project Coordination
Strong project management skills with the ability to consolidate campaign timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate across teams.
Experience managing master schedules for marketing activities and sending reminders for key deadlines.
Quality Assurance & Campaign Support
High attention to detail in testing emails, verifying links, troubleshooting rendering issues, and ensuring accurate segmentation.
Capability to manage smaller or routine campaigns such as newsletters or seasonal updates.
Reporting & Data Management
Ability to track campaign metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, etc.) and prepare reports or dashboards for team review.
Experience maintaining clean and organized marketing data, including manual data cleanup when necessary.
Communication & Collaboration
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work across teams, gather requirements, and provide clear updates.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing or tech-related industries.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and spreadsheet management (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
