Job Description

Lead and oversee the internal audit function to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Develop and implement audit plans to evaluate financial and operational controls.
Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard the organizations assets and reputation.
Provide recommendations to improve processes and controls based on audit findings.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to best practices.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments in audit processes.
Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Internal Audit Head Should Have

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of audit experience
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
